“Love Thy Neighbor” Postcard campaign
Now through February 13, 2024

In conjunction with the Faith + Democracy Roundtable, we are collecting postcards from any and all Kansans to give legislators showing how important Medicaid expansion is around the state. There are two ways you can participate in the postcard campaign:

1. Sign the digital postcard supporting Medicaid expansion by clicking the button below.


OR

2. Download and print a postcard to give to your legislator when they are home. Alternatively, you can print it (be sure to print double sided so both sides show up) and mail it to their office. Use this link to find the name of your legislator, then find their mailing address on the Kansas Legislature’s website.

“Love Thy Neighbor” Day at the Kansas Statehouse
February 14, 2024

Join other faith-minded Medicaid expansion advocates at the Kansas Statehouse on February 14, 2024, for a “Love Thy Neighbor” event advocating for accessible health care for all Kansans. It is Valentine’s Day and Ash Wednesday, so we think it is a great day to show love to our friends, family members, and neighbors who live in the health care coverage gap everyday by advocating for affordable health insurance for all Kansans.

When: February 14, 2024, 11:00am
Where: Meet in the Florentine Room of the Jayhawk Tower (northeast of the Statehouse), 700 SW Jackson Street, Topeka, KS 66603
What: We’ll deliver postcards and visit with legislators showing our commitment to expanding Medicaid in Kansas

Lunch will be provided.
